Welcome to the world of Soft Surgery - the space between Aesthetics and Surgery

Kingswood Aesthetics proudly brings you
PLEXR® Plus, the breakthrough of Plasma in Aesthetic Medicine; the first plasma device in the world used in aesthetic medicine.

Do I need PLEXR® Plus in my life?

PLEXR® Plus is going to be a game changer for so many patients because it can provide top tier results for many different aesthetic concerns, with results that will last years, not months, without the need for maintenance top ups. It falls into the category of ‘Soft Surgery’; that happy place which is more than Aesthetics can achieve on it’s own but without the ultra high price tag and longer downtime you can expect with surgery procedures.
It’s main applications will be;

  • Skin Tightening & Rejuvenation: For sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles
  • Non-Surgical Eyelid Lifts (Blepharoplasty): For drooping eyelids
  • Lesion Removal: Effectively removes skin tags, moles, and other blemishes
  • Acne & Scarring: Treats active acne, cystic acne, and atrophic/hypertrophic scars
  • strong>Hyperpigmentation: Treats skin discolouration spots due to sun damage, stressors and age, restoring even skin tone

PLEXR® Plus is an advanced, non-surgical plasma technology device used in aesthetic medicine, which works by ionising the air present between it and the epidermis, generating a radius of micro-plasma. The plasma generation is similar to a micro lightning bolt that acts directly only on the skin, reaching the right depth of dermis, without irradiation (laser/light) or electric shock (radioscalpel/current). The micro-injuries created by the plasma triggers dermal remodelling and collagen regeneration without cutting or bleeding, offering a less invasive alternative to surgery for eyelid lifts, wrinkles, and scars, making it suitable for these delicate areas and diverse skin concerns. In response to the localised micro injuries, temporary crusts are formed whilst the skins repairs itself. The use of PLEXR® Plus on skin tissue results in the following;
  • Immediate contraction of collagen fibres
  • Collagen reorganisation
  • Formation of new collagen (type iii)
  • Renewal of epidermal tissue
The treatment will generally not need to be redone in a treated area until the affect has worn off some 2 to 5 years later (how many years will entirely depend on the individual). Only in severe cases, a second application may be required to achieve the desired elevated results.

PLEXR® ‘lift’

The PLEXR® ‘lift’ is a non-surgical skin tightening and lifting treatment that uses PLEXR® Plus advanced plasma soft-surgery technology to rejuvenate and tighten loose or excess skin without the need for incisions, sutures or traditional surgery.
  • Non-surgical eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) — reduce hooded or drooping eyelids without surgery
  • Facial and neck skin tightening
  • Fine lines and wrinkles (e.g., around the mouth and eyes)
  • Crepey or lax skin in other body areas
  • Skin texture improvement (e.g., stretch marks or scars in some cases).
Prices start at £650 for a PLEXR® ‘lift’ of one area, with treatment taking approximately under 1 hour. One area could be any of;

Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty, Forehead, Chin, Mouth, Midface or other agreed area.

Two areas can be treated with  a PLEXR® ‘lift’ at a package price of £900 with treatment taking approximately 1.5 hours.

A full facial treatment which includes the following areas; forehead, chin, midface, upper and lower blepharoplasty plus mouth area, is priced at £2000.

All of the above treatments include the purchase of CellDerma’s GF5 growth factor serum (normally priced at £150) as recommended by the PLEXR® Plus manufacturer for post treatment care. Clinical trials with this particular growth factor serum versus alternative aftercare have shown that with Growth Factor aftercare, crusts will be ready to come off 2 days earlier, and overall healing time is 13 days faster.

Thereafter, patients may expect up to 1 month of light swelling.

Hyperpigmentation & Blemish Removal

Prices for Hyperpigmentation and Blemish Removal will vary but will start at £200 for the first blemish/lesion or Hyperpigmentation spot of around 1cm. Then, an additional £50 for every one blemish more or 1cm more of pigmentation all within the same appointment.

With any type of treatment, patients can expect 7-10 days initial downtime, until the crusts resulting from the treatment naturally fall off. This will happen faster with the use of CellDerma GF5 than it would without it. It is imperative that patients do not pick at or damage the crusts or try to remove them before they are ready.
We appreciate tolerating the temporary crusts for 7 to 10 days is not for the faint hearted, and you may have to factor in hiding behind sunglasses or hibernating at home depending on the extent of your treatment, but the rewards will make it worthwhile. Take a look at the Before & After gallery below to get an understanding of the beautiful results that can be achieved.

As with any PLEXR® treatment, care must be be taken with UV rays. Sunscreen must be applied to protect the skin from sun damage and prevent pigmentation, and you should avoid heat and steam for up to two weeks.

You can also try the power of Plasma technology in a less intensive treatment; the PLEXR Shower Facial treatment. The PLEXR Shower gives excellent results on fine wrinkles, acne and light pigmentation and acts as a rapid whole-face session to increase collagen, reduce wrinkles, tighten skin, and improve skin tone. Click on the link below for more information.
